Bonafide "Samples" upto value INR 10000 have duty exemption.
Shipments consigned from individuals to Individuals including Gifts will attract Customs Duty in addition to 28% GST on CIF value.
Authorized Dealer (AD) code is a mandatory field in the Customs clearance system. Companies, Proprietorship and Partnership Firms are therefore required to submit their AD Code Letter as a mandatory document for Customs declaration.
Please keep the photo(s)/ scanned copy of valid KYC documents ready for upload. The name and address on the KYC document should exactly match with the name and address on the DHL Airway bill copy.
